The Pfandbrief division of the TXS GmbH represents the combination of professional and technological expertise in all topics relating to the German Pfandbrief. It is responsible for the Pfandbrief management products and services portfolio. The product portfolio contains not only innovative and market established standardized software applications for assisting the Pfandbrief management but also for related business cases such as funding register and pooling. Beyond that we provide individual software solutions developed in accordance with our customer’s requirements.

Our range of services includes holistic consulting and assistance in the surrounding field of our products, ranging from preliminary studies, feasibility studies, product integration, solution scenarios as well as implementation projects and product support. 40 Pfandbrief banks have already executed integration projects with TXS. They serve as a reference and are an impressive evidence for our expertise and our many years of experience. Experienced consultants and project managers perform the integration.

In addition, the Pfandbrief division offers product-independent consulting services on functional subjects relating to the Pfandbrief management. Profitability analyses, permit applications at the BaFin (=Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungen), realization of the 'Regulation on the Determination of the Mortgage Lending Value' and support of the Pfandbrief rating are only a few examples of our successfully conducted consulting projects.
