With 20 years of practical and executive experience in the field of structured credit, I strengthen our executive team as banker. My previous career has taken me to Stuttgart, London, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf, and to Hamburg. In all the stations since the trainee program at LBBW I have been sticking to the “securitization” topic. Working for LBBW and Commerzbank AG, I was responsible for both the ABS portfolio investments and the acquisition and structuring of securitization transactions.

As head of the securitization division at IKB AG, I was responsible for the business conducted with mid-size corporate customers of the bank and, on the other hand, my team and I implemented multiple special equity control transactions of the bank. In a capacity as group treasurer at IKB Leasing GmbH my major task was to successfully prepare the company for the capital market positioning it as a quality issuer.

Being a member of the securitization executive board at TXS, I am available to our customers in all steps of an asset-based funding together with my team – as consultants when strategic questions emerge before a transaction and as professional contact person during implementation or after a program goes live.

I have studied business administration in Germany, the UK and US.
