Tina Philipp


I started as HR manager

I started working for TXS in 2012 in the Back Office team as HR manager.
Before that, during my vocational training in commerce and the dual-study scheme in business administration at university I was able to have some practical experience in relevant internal service units of a consulting company.

In my current capacity as head of the Back Office division and team (includes accounting, controlling, administration, marketing and human resources) this comprehensive knowledge is very helpful in understanding complex procedures within the company and finding solutions together with other divisions and colleagues involved. Anyway, I can continue to enjoy my enthusiasm for typical HR activities by supporting my colleagues Sandra and Pea as part of the human resources team.

In addition, I am very much committed to the implementation and the integration of new working methods (buzzword: New Work). Integrating transition of the working world into your daily business and into the strategic measures to further develop the entire TXS company are a very special and exciting challenge and I am looking forward to taking up this task with enthusiasm and great colleagues.
