Automated Filling of Notice Templates

The template provided by the rating agencies Fitch, Moody’s and Standard & Poor’s is automatically filled with the relevant data from the mortgage and public Pfandbrief directly from the TXS Pfandbrief program and is then released as a report.
For some data, customer-specific adaptations and anonymization can be implemented any time.

The generation of rating reports through TXS Pfandbrief helps reduce the amount of work required for preparing and cross-checking data as well as for recurring IT tasks and can be carried out in an automated way.

Operational risks are minimized, the data quality of the cover pool is optimized safeguarding a high level of data consistency.

Separate itemization with transaction-level content allow to do plausibility checks of the report content.
