It took a long time for the official ESMA requirements under the European Securitisation Regulation to be robust and sufficiently clear for our clients and originators. Once STS Verification International GmbH had also taken up its work, it was only a matter of time. In the meantime, however, several TXS clients are already able to decorate their transactions with the STS label.
