For more than 15 years, we at TXS have been working successfully with the Sparkasse. Our products simplify the daily work of the institutes and together we have grown to meet the challenges of the market.
In 2019, we were given the opportunity to apply the knowledge we had acquired at three other companies in the Sparkasse Finance Group. Sparkasse Essen, Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen and Nassauische Sparkasse (Naspa) wanted to replace their previous Pfandbrief application and introduce the TXS Pfandbrief product, which had been tested within the framework of the strategic partnership with Finanz Informatik (FI).
Migrations have accompanied us in TXS for many years. Together with our customers we react to new requirements in close mutual coordination and thus grow together more and more. This enabled us to have a lean process when introducing the new software. Sparkasse Essen and Kreissparkasse Esslingen-Nürtingen were already able to make a successful start with our product in autumn 2019.
The migration at Naspa proved to be an exciting time. After an initial scheduled training in February 2020, the "lockdown" due to the Corona Pandemic intervened. Unfortunately, we had to change our original plan to hold further training sessions in March. A postponement of the migration date was also initially no longer ruled out.
But giving up was not an option for us. Together with those responsible at Naspa, we found ways to carry out the remaining three training courses on time - digitally and also personally on site. For example, we travelled to Wiesbaden in compliance with the hygiene and distance specifications to train all those involved in the use of the new software, answer questions and obtain feedback.
We had an existing time behind us. An now we are aproud of the result: TXS Pfandbrief was successfully introduced on 12 May 2020 and has since been in use at Nassauische Sparkasse.
